PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
#5141 Maxx Shine is a medium solids, easy to spray clearcoat offering; great flow, gloss characteristics and durability. With a convenient 4:1 mix ratio and three activators to choose from, Maxx Shine can be used for partial or complete paint jobs making it ideal for most shop conditions and temperatures.
BASECOAT:
Apply basecoat as per manufacturer’s mixing and application instructions. Allow sufficient flash times before applying #5141. Inadequate flash time will affect the performance of the clear.
MIXING RATIO (4:1):
Mix 4 parts #5141 MAXX SHINE Clearcoat to 1 part #5142, #5143, or #5144 Activator.
APPLICATION:
Apply 2-3 full wet coats at 40-50 psi or (6-10 psi when using HVLP at the gun), allowing a 10-15 minute flash between coats.
